We’re not feeling well today. My son and I are just waiting until we can drop off my daughter then we can snuggle up in my bed and go back to sleep. He’s got a fever. Me… I just feel dizzy, light-headed and could throw up at any minute.
Wooohoo! Happy Monday.
Guess I won’t be going to the grocery store, or start going through that garage sale shit to get it ready, or mow that damn back yard again that seems to be in speed growth. (I mowed the yard on Friday, Sunday morning you couldn’t even tell!)
I’d totally beg my husband to get off early and come take care of us. But I can’t because he’s training a new store manager and he’s also training his boss. Yeah imagine that, you get to train your boss…Ridicules, right? Agreed!
Maybe I’ll be back later… if I feel better.

On a typical day I… have three people and three dogs bugging me almost every minute of the day. I’ve got laundry, household cleaning and food prep on a typical day. There is usually some place to go or someone who needs to go somewhere. There is usually some bickering or issue to resolve…. all in a days work for a Momma.

The weekend was nice…. and you know… that’s all I’ve got to say. There is nothing else. I think this whole blog thing has run its course. So until I’ve got something to share you may want to visit my other blog thingie where I answer stupid questions of the day. Also if you want an invite to start your own vox blog, just let me know I’ve got three.

You ever know that person who no matter what always has something better than you or something worse than you? Like they ALWAYS feel the need to out-do you? As if everything is some type of competition?
I sure hope I’m never like that.
Also my son got a 3 on his IRI which means we are so going to 1st grade!! His entire class got 3s! His score was 123 out of 130! That so friggin rocks on so many levels. I’m almost as proud of myself as much as I am of him. Who wants to compete with me on that? Go for it, cause I don’t give a shit about you.

A couple of days ago my daughter and I were sitting in the parking lot at her school. Normally we drop my son off at about 7:45-7:50 then we drive to her school. We usually get to her school around 8 unless we stop somewhere before hand. (Like walmart or my Moms) Ashlee doesn’t go into the building until 8:30 but it seems silly to go back home for 15 minutes just to leave again, so we just sit in the parking lot and talk.
We make fun of people, we talk about serious things, we laugh at the things on the radio, we plan things we want to do, we just get to hang out, her and I and talk. Its very nice and we both enjoy it a lot. So back to the other day…
We’re sitting there in the parking lot and this big SUV thing pulls up and blocks me from pulling forward so I called her a butthole or some other such term I shouldn’t be using in front of my daughter (because you know according to some people I am a horrible influence on my children with the whole name calling thing). We are watching the woman in the SUV and she’s eating toast. We comment on her eating the toast, she opens her door to get out, then takes one more bite of her toast and then she puts the rest of the toast in HER PURSE!
Ashlee and I both turn and look at each other, I say to her “Did she just put that toast in her purse?” She says to me… “yeah… she did just put that toast in her purse.” Then we laughed and laughed until tears were running down our faces. I don’t know why it was so funny, but it was. Who on earth puts toast in their purse? It wasn’t like a whole piece of toast either it was just a little bit of crust. So now every day when we get there we look for toast lady’s SUV just to see if she’s got more toast and what she’s going to do with it.
Such a thrilling life we lead and you know I wouldn’t have it any other way.
