Christmas is over, this is all that is left. I hope you all have a wonderful New Years.

Today was our first day of Christmas vacation. We did absolutely nothing. It was fabu! Well, that’s not entirely true. We watched a couple of movies together, we cooked and snacked together, we goofed off with the dogs playing keep away together, we snacked some more, we all ganged up on Dad and got our butts kicked.

Tomorrow morning early (10:30 is too early when you are on Christmas Vacation!) Grandma will be coming over to pick up my daughter to take her Christmas shopping. {Twisted Cheetos puffs suck} I’m pretty sure it will be an all day kind of thing. Which is fine by me, but not so much by daughter. I feel for her, really I do. My plans on the other hand include washing dogs and then shampooing my carpets. Sounds fun no?! No.

And that folks is as exciting as it gets.

All week I’ve been bitching about how much money we spent on my husband’s employees. We bought them all gift cards and candy. We got the assistant a starbucks card (Did I mention the starbucks card was free to me because of mypoints) because she loves them and he bought them all pizza for their little Christmas party they had last night. I also made brownies and fudge for them too.

So this morning when I got up I see presents for my son, daughter, husband and myself from assistant. We’re talking close to $100 she spent on us. Damn could I feel anymore like a bitchy grinch?! So now I must go out and get her family something else… but I’m going to use the gift card she bought me to buy her something else. heh
I must admit I sure do feel like a total bitch now. I hate when I get evil like that, its really not me but sometimes I feed that evil person and you know what? It always comes back to bite me in the ass!
